We may terminate this license at any time for any reason, whatsoever. You may use YoYa World and/or Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. No part of YoYa World and/or Content may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or transfer YoYa World, Content or any portion thereof. You may not use any automated means or form of scraping or data extraction to access, query or otherwise collect information from YoYa World, or Content except as expressly permitted by us. We reserve any rights not explicitly granted in these Terms of Service. You may not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of YoYa World and/or Content. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. As an YoYa World user, your license is provided solely for access to YoYa World in order to obtain information about YoYa World and/or the associated Content and to register for a subscription.

The inclusion of such a link or reference is provided merely as a convenience and does not imply endorsement of, or association with, the website or party by us, or any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
You are responsible for obtaining, maintaining and paying for all costs and fees associated with obtaining and maintaining all phone, computer hardware, Internet access services and other equipment or services needed to access and use YoYa World. You must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to the App, and are responsible to ensure that the foregoing do not disturb or interfere with the App's operations. If any upgrade in or to the App requires changes in your equipment or software, you must effect these changes at your own expense. New or additional features of the App, including the release of new content, shall be subject to these Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any loss or harm caused to your equipment or hardware for any use of YoYa World, or alleged use of YoYa World.

Neither YoYa World nor its Affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, stockholders, employees, licensors, distributors, sublicensees, agents or subcontractors (collectively, the “YoYa World Parties”) warrant any connection to, transmission over, features or system functionality, or results or use of, any facilities provided or failed to be provided through the Service.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ALL MATERIALS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THE WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DISCLAIMERS OF LIABILITY CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE YoYa World PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACT OR FAILURE TO ACT BY THEM OR ANY OTHER PERSON REGARDING CONDUCT, COMMUNICATION OR CONTENT THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY RELATED PRODUCTS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE WITH YoYa World IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE, AND TO DELETE ANY DOWNLOADED APPLICATION(S). IN NO CASE SHALL ANY LIABILITY OF THE YoYa World PARTIES TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, THAT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO ANY SUCH LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE YoYa World PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE OR DATA, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless YoYa World and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, agents, representatives, partners, licensors, suppliers and affiliates (collectively, "Affiliates") and other users of the YoYa World from and against all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, settlements and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or related to: (i) any breach or violation by you of these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy or any applicable law; (ii) your access or Use of Busy Life World App; (iii) any third party's access or Use of Busy Life World App; and (iv) your use of any of the Busy Life World Content.
YoYa World reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to amend, supplement or modify the terms of these Terms of Service. We will post or display notices of material changes on the website and those changes will become effective fifteen (15) days after the date of posting. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Service, including, without limitation, by checking the date of "Last Update" at the bottom of this document. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective signifies your agreement to be bound by such modified Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the changes in the Terms of Service, your only recourse is stop using the App.
